Convenient afternoon tea and brunch oasis from the crowds. Visited after watching a performance at the nearby Apollo Theatre. Service was good. Clean and premium decor. American pancakes to die for. Toilets immaculate. Expensive but worth it. Highly recommended.

We ended up having dinner here ad-hoc in the spring when the patio was open and it was a wonderful experience. The menu a bit pretentious, but quite good if a little expensive. But since is London 99% of things are expensive I'd say it is worth the stop if you are around during meal time.

We had such a great experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Lakshay, our server. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel so welcome and genuinely looked after. He went above and beyond—really above and beyond—to make sure our booking worked out (even though it sounded like it was a bit chaotic behind the scenes!). Throughout the night he was attentive, kind, and made everything feel effortless. It’s rare to come across someone who puts that much care into making your experience feel special. 5 stars From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff – every single team member was incredibly friendly, polite and attentive. The service truly stood out and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. We only stopped by for a light snack, but everything we had was excellent. The mozzarella sticks were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside – absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed a lovely cup of tea, served with care. The interior is beautifully designed, creating a refined yet relaxed atmosphere. And the location couldn’t be better – right at Piccadilly Circus, in the heart of London. A truly charming place to relax and enjoy high-quality food and service. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful experience at Caffeconcerto! The coffee and snacks were delightful, but what truly made my visit special was the exceptional service from Noor. She was incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Her positive attitude and warm hospitality gave me such good energy. It’s rare to find such genuine kindness in customer service, and Noor truly stood out. We will definitely be coming back again! Highly recommend this place for both the great food and the lovely atmosphere.
